Just Wanging Out (Call me homophobic but........)

I am sick and tired of walking into the change rooms at the gym and as soon as I turn the corner being confronted with some fucking assholes wang in my face. HOW THE FUCK IS THIS NOT ILLEGAL? I cannot walk down rundle fucken mall naked with my sack swinging in the breeze why? because it is a public place and a lot of people may find it offensive (and in my case it may cause some kind of sex riot among the female community ;) see exhibit a)

well how the fuck is the locker room at the gym not a public place and I am FUCKING OFFENDED BY WANG! every time i turn a corner there is either a dude talcing his ass, drip drying his old fella or showering with the door open it is practically a mine field of cock AND I AM OFFENDED! I live by the 1 wang in my life only rule AND THAT WANG IS MINE! i dont require any additional wangs just wanging around in random places.
This is the oxford dictionary (pardon the pun) definition of public:

public• adjective 1 of, concerning, or available to the people as a whole. 2 of or involved in the affairs of the community, especially in government or entertainment. 3 done, perceived, or existing in open view.

Surely a locker room at a public gym meets this criteria????? At least the could put up a sign saying 'WARNING UPON ENTRY YOU MAY WITNESS SOME FAT DUDE'S KNOB!' is that too much to ask.
